This site has no accounts or ads, and it does not track you across pages. Here is exactly what happens with data.
The site is run by Piotr Kozłowski as a non-commercial project, who is the controller of the data described here. Contact: piotr@spokojnierodzice.pl.
Pages are served by Vercel. Like any server, it sees your IP address and browser details in technical logs needed to run and secure the site (basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel decides what these logs contain and how long they are kept; we do not use them to recognize visitors.
We count visits in aggregate statistics (page views, countries, browser types) using Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies or browser storage and does not identify individual people. Basis: legitimate interest, which is knowing whether the site is useful.
When you choose your child's age or birth month, we save it in your browser's storage (localStorage) so the site can show matching answers. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
The site does not set cookies, so there is no consent banner.
A message to piotr@spokojnierodzice.pl or an error report to bledy@spokojnierodzice.pl reaches the site owner's mailbox through a Cloudflare mail forwarding service. We see your email address and the message. We use them only to reply and to fix the site's content (basis: legitimate interest) and keep them for up to 12 months after the matter is closed. Please do not include your child's name or health details.
The “Suggest a topic” form sends the text you type, the age range you choose and, if you give it, your email address as a single message to the site operator's mailbox, through Cloudflare (Workers and email routing). Nothing from the form is stored by the site apart from that message. We use it only to choose the next topics and to reply if needed (basis: legitimate interest) and keep it for up to 12 months. Please do not include a child's name or health details.
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, or object to processing, by writing to the contact address. You can also file a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (uodo.gov.pl) or with the authority in your own country. Vercel and Cloudflare are US companies; transfers of data outside the European Economic Area follow the terms described in their documentation.
